Terms of Service

The DID platform is operated by DID — Data Intelligence Dashboards, registered in the Netherlands.

By using the platform you agree that:

• Users may only use the platform for lawful business purposes.
• Unauthorized access to the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Account misuse is prohibited and may result in suspension.
• Subscription misuse, including sharing access beyond agreed limits, is prohibited.

Users acknowledge that DID processes business data, operational data, lead data, customer data, campaign data and communication metadata in order to deliver analytics, reporting and automation services through the platform.

All software, dashboards, systems, automation architecture and analytics models remain the exclusive property of DID. No part of the platform may be copied, reverse-engineered, resold or redistributed without prior written consent.

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. DID reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

DID is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from third-party integrations, automation failures or external software providers. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We aim for maximum uptime and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

The platform may connect with third-party services, including:

• n8n
• Stripe
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• Email providers
• Analytics providers

DID is not liable for failures, downtime or data loss caused by third-party integrations.

Users acknowledge that DID may aggregate, anonymize and analyze platform usage data for internal business intelligence, software optimization, analytics research and commercial business development purposes. Aggregated, anonymized data may be commercially utilized by DID.

Dutch law applies to these terms. All disputes arising from or relating to the platform will be handled exclusively under Dutch jurisdiction.
