Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your DID Business Automation account or data obtained through any integration connected to DID. You do not need to sign in to read these instructions or contact us.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
1.Request deletion of your data
Email contact@didashboards.com with the subject DID data deletion request. Where possible, send the request from the email address associated with your DID account.
Please include:
- Your DID account email and workspace or company name.
- Whether you want data from one integration, several integrations, or your entire DID account deleted.
- The relevant connected account, page, phone number or other identifier, if known, so we can locate the data.
- A brief description of the data you want deleted.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys or identity documents with your initial request. If you cannot access your account email, contact us and explain the situation.
Email a deletion requestIf the button does not open your email app, copy contact@didashboards.com into your email service. Opening a draft does not submit a request; you must send the email.
2.All connected integrations are covered
These instructions apply to every integration connected to your DID workspace, including integrations added in the future. You do not need a separate deletion page for each provider.
- Google services, such as Google Analytics, Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive and Google Ads, where connected.
- Meta services, such as WhatsApp Business, Facebook Pages, Messenger, Instagram, Threads and Meta Ads, where connected.
- Other connected email, calendar, CRM, commerce, accounting, payment, review, messaging and automation services.
Depending on what your workspace has connected and imported, a request may cover account identifiers, contacts, messages, calendar events, files, reports, integration settings and stored authorization credentials. Listing a service here does not mean that it is connected to your account or that every feature is available in DID.
3.Disconnecting an integration and deleting its data
A workspace owner or administrator can open Integrations in DID, choose the connected service and use its disconnect action. You can also remove DID's access through the connected provider's account or app-permission settings.
Disconnecting is separate from deleting previously imported data. Records already stored in DID may remain after a connection is removed. To request their deletion, follow the email instructions above and identify the integration.
If you cannot disconnect an integration yourself, include that in your request. Tell us if you also want the connection removed to prevent further imports. Reconnecting a service later may import data again.
4.What happens after you submit a request
We review your request and may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity, your authority over the workspace and the scope of the request. Shared workspace data can affect other users, so workspace-wide requests require appropriate authorization.
We will explain the next steps and expected timing, and confirm the outcome when the request has been handled. If information must be retained or a request cannot be fully completed, we will explain what is retained and why. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
Any necessary legal, billing, security or dispute-related retention will be assessed for the specific request. Backup copies may follow a separate retention cycle; any relevant limitations will be explained in our response.
To ask about progress, reply to the same email thread. Save or export any information you need before requesting deletion.
5.Data held by other providers
A request to DID concerns data held by DID. It does not, by itself, delete your Google, Meta, WhatsApp or other provider account, or the original messages, files, events, advertisements or business records held by that provider.
Use the provider's own controls or contact that provider to request deletion there. Removing DID's access to a provider and deleting data stored in DID are separate actions.
6.If you are a customer of a business using DID
Contact the business you interacted with and ask it to handle your request. If you contact DID directly, identify that business and the relevant interaction so we can help route your request and establish who is authorized to handle it. You do not need to create a DID account to contact us.
7.Privacy and contact
For more information, read our Privacy Policy. For deletion requests or questions, email contact@didashboards.com.
