SaaS Agreement

DID provides custom AI infrastructure and a hosted platform that automates operational work and delivers dashboards and reporting. The specific systems deployed are defined in each client's order or statement of work.

Engagements typically include an initial build-and-deploy phase followed by an ongoing management subscription. Fees, term, and scope are set out in your proposal and order documentation.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful access to connected systems, and appropriate consents for the data processed through DID, and for using the services in compliance with applicable law.

The services may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity, or in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable regulations.

DID retains all rights to its platform, software, and underlying technology. Clients retain ownership of their own data and content processed through the services.

DID provides ongoing monitoring, optimization, and support as described in the applicable plan. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where expressly agreed.

Processing of personal data is governed by our Data Processing Agreement and Security Policy, which form part of the overall contractual relationship.

Liability is limited as set out in the full agreement. Nothing in the agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The agreement remains in effect for the agreed term. On termination, data is returned or deleted in line with our Data Processing Agreement.
